If a player has four complete sets and a pair (or a legal irregular hand accepted in the rules) he may go out. The last tile needed to complete the hand can be received either from the Wall (or from the Dead Wall, as a supplement tile), or by claiming another players discard and declaring 'Out' at the same time. Most rules allow also a special case where a player can declare out by robbing another player's Kong. Some rules also allow declaring out on completion of a player's fourth Kong.
After the declaration of "Out" the deal is ended and the Scores dialog box is displayed.
Note: Some rules specify restrictions on the winning hand, e.g. a minimum point requirement, or prohibition of mixed suits, etc. For details, see Restrictions on the winning hand.
