Troubleshooting – Problems with custom cursors

The animated cursors of Four Winds should be well-behaving and cause no problems with other applications. However, it is possible that a system-wide animated cursor conflicts with Four Winds cursors.

If you have problems with animated cursors, do the following:
  1. Try first to reinstall (or re-configure) the animated system cursor. It may be that the cursor is corrupt. You can also try to change the animated system cursor and see if it helps.
  2. If the problem was not solved, you can turn off Four Winds animated cursors by removing the check mark from the Use custom cursors box on the General tab of the Preferences dialog box.
