After the deal is over and hands are exposed for scoring, the tiles in the winner's hand are by default grouped to reflect how the scoring is applied. E.g., Chows are grouped correctly and most irregular hands (e.g. those involving "knitted" sets) are arranged in a way that matches the definition of the hand. You can turn off the feature, if you prefer to display the hands unaltered.
Note: Disregarding the value of this setting the tiles in the winner's hand are always arranged and grouped, when displayed in the Scores dialog box.
