The human player (called "Player") is about to go out on Tim’s discard (4 of Bamboo). When you want to claim a discard, you must click it while it stays visible in the discard slot. Note that Four Winds does not make decisions for you – all buttons are lit in the Tile Claimed dialog box. In this instance you should click the Out button (clicking Pung would allow you to claim a Pung but not go out!). The image is a reduced view of the 800x600 game board.
