Four Winds supports over 300 patterns, which are divided in two main categories (Sets & Patterns and Limit & Special hands), and several sub categories. Scoring for each pattern can be freely customized, separately for the winner and the losers. A description of each pattern can be seen by pressing F1 while having selected an item in the list. You can also rename the patterns by clicking twice (in slow pace, not double clicking) the name of a pattern. You can print descriptions and scoring for  all patterns or only the ones currently enabled by the rules by right clicking the list and choosing Print on the context menu.
