Configuring game controls

Four Winds lets you configure your keyboard and mouse for basic actions like discarding and claiming a tile, and acceleration of the game.

To specify the desired configuration:

  1. Choose Preferences on the File menu.
  2. Choose General under the User Interface section in the category tree of the Preferences dialog box and click the Game Controls button.
  3. Specify the desired mouse operation and keystrokes for the basic actions.
  4. Specify whether you wish to use (automatically focused) "smart" cursor and custom cursors.

Note: To get detailed help on individual controls in the Game Controls dialog box, click the What's This button on the top right corner of the dialog box and then click on the desired control.
