When you use full-screen game board you may choose whether Four Winds tries to leave room for Windows Taskbar (the default), or whether the Taskbar is covered (in which case you need to bring it forth by pressing Ctrl+Esc). Note that even if the setting is enabled, it is not always possible to leave room for Taskbar.
You might need to adjust Windows settings to have ideal Taskbar behavior. E.g., in recent versions of Windows, you can specify separate settings for the Taskbar in desktop and tablet mode (autohiding, locking, etc.)
Note: Since Four Winds does not support maximizing the window, and full screen mode requires that the application fully covers the desktop (including the task bar), you can force a displaced Four Winds window to top left corner by double clicking the title bar, or dragging and dropping the top left corner of Four Winds window near the top left corner of the screen. (This is supported only if the size of the Four Winds window is identical with the screen size.)
