Four Winds 2 supports user-defined themes (alternative graphics and
sounds). Theme Editor is a free utility that facilitates
creating new themes. While you need a bitmap editor (like Photoshop, PaintShop Pro, Corel PhotoPAINT or even Windows
Paint) to create the actual
graphics , Theme Editor lets you access the graphic elements easily,
allows you to specify colors visually for most of the user interface elements, and creates and
installs the themes to be used in Four Winds 2.x.

Important:
Do not use this version of Theme Editor with Four Winds
versions 2.09 or earlier, as the new version creates HD compatible
bitmaps that are recognized only by Four Winds version 2.10 or later.
Note: Theme Editor is created with Visual Basic 6.0 and requires
a runtime module. This comes with the setup package.
